‘The Menstrual Cycle,

In My Body’

Now a Podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and youtube

‘(The Menstrual Cycle) In My Body’ is an interview series highlighting a diverse array of menstruators and their experience of the menstrual cycle, in their body.

Menstruators tell their stories, their pains and pleasures, ebbs and flows, seasons and cycles of life.

From first periods to birth control and fertility journeys. From traumas arising in the cycle, unexpected healing in community, wild sex, mysterious migraines, and much needed mentors. This is the life story of the cycle, across all its varying and overlapping terrains.

Across it all, the menstruators sharing here, each in their own way, have found a deep resilience in and sacred connection with their cycling body.

Reminding us that the menstruating body is, in itself, a sacred metaphor for the cycles and seasons of all of life, and that perhaps our purpose is to be here now, in good relationship, and flow with the seasons, belonging to the earth.

Let’s make space for the hard moments, celebrate the awesome ones, and share learnings, together.
