Your body is speaking,
Are you ready to listen?
The menstrual cycle has been shrouded in shame, stigma, mystery and misinformation for a long time.
You may have been told (directly or indirectly) your cycle is a problem, a burden, a curse, a liability, an inhibitor of your productivity… and so much more. This lack of understanding, awareness and respect for the menstruating rhythm is showing up in your being and body today in more ways than you can imagine.
Mood swings, relational tension, trouble focusing, painful periods, struggles with boundaries, feeling unstable or out of control, feeling blocked from your own creativity and authentic self, a deep awareness that your body and soul are asking for something different.
The list could go on and on, as these are just a few of the symptoms menstrual cyclers have been told are normal and should be accepted or covered up, when in fact they are signs from your body that you are out of alignment with your authentic and connected self.
And they are asking you to attend to them and make change.

This work is for menstruators who are ready to take ownership of their own life, and long to live in their own body’s rhythms.
For menstruators who are passionate about the human experience and want to live with intention, choice, and in good relationship with themselves, their community, and the natural world.
For menstruators who are courageous and ready to lead from within through their own heart, respect, and vulnerability.
For menstruators who know that collective healing lies in first doing our own work.
Who believe we can create a world that is so much more than the one we live in today.
And know that how we get there, through the natural cycles and seasons of our own bodies and life itself, matters just as much as where we are going.
“The most important thing each of us can know is our own unique gift and how to use it in the world. Individuality is cherished and nurtured, because, in order for the whole to flourish, each of us has to be strong in who we are and carry our gifts with conviction, so they can be shared with others”
